Welcome to Drive Clean Detailing. This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of our website and services.    Our services include exterior and interior detailing for cars, trucks, and other vehicles. By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your vehicle, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Payment and Cancellation
   Payment for our services is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and other forms of payment. A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel your appointment less than 12  hours before the scheduled time.

3. Liability and Indemnification
   We are not responsible for any damage or loss to your vehicle or personal property that may occur during our services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

4. Intellectual Property
   All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Drive Clean Detailing and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content from our website without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
   Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

   This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Drive Clean Detailing with respect to your use of our website and services, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Drive Clean Detailing.
