We are based around Carmarthen and we serve the surrounding area of Carmarthenshire. We are mobile, so we will come to your door. If you are outside the Carmarthenshire area, we can come to you for an additional travel fee.

How long do your services take?
The time it takes us to complete our jobs can vary from 1 Hour to 3 Days. This depends on the service selected, the size of the vehicle, and the weather conditions. We take as long as we need to get the job completed properly, meaning you'll always get the best service.

Can you remove scratches from my vehicle's paint?
When it comes to light scratches caused by washing and everyday driving conditions, we can certainly remove them and bring the paint back to a like new condition. When dealing with deeper scratches, we may not be able to fix them without touch-ups, depending on the depth. However, if you send us some photos, we can work with you to get the best outcome for you and your vehicle.

We use only the highest quality products and equipment. We work with brands like Bilt Hamber, Koch Chemie, and CarPro. This is because these brands align with our ecological values and deliver quality results to our customers. However, chemicals are only one part of the equation, we ensure we use proper and safe techniques whenever working on vehicles.

Can you explain your interior detailing and full detail pricing?
Our Prices listed for these services are starting prices. Depending on the last time the vehicle was detailed and the condition of the vehicle, there may be additional fees. We promise there are no hidden charges. We do a walk around the vehicle with our customers to assess what we're dealing with. If the vehicle is in a bad condition, such as the presence of mould or excessive pet hair, it means we have to spend more time cleaning. As a business, we have to charge accordingly. We always charge as fairly as possible with respect to the final outcome.
